  • 8 oz. cream cheese-softened

  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup+ 2 tablespoons unsalted butter-melted
  • ¼ cup strawberry jam
  • 2 (3 oz.pckg) berry blue Jello (or other flavor to your taste)
  • 1 and 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 2/3 cup diced fresh strawberries
  • 2 cups blueberry pie filling
  • 1 cup of canned crushed pineapple-drained from juice (if using pineapple chunks, pulse in a food processor to get fine crushed pieces)
  • Fresh strawberries halved
  • Fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 2 ½ cups whipped cream (for layering)
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and strawberry jam; press into a baking dish.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth; whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Spread half of the creamy layer over the crust. Add diced strawberries, blueberry pie filling, followed by half of the Jello mixture.
  4. Repeat layering with remaining creamy mixture, more fruit if desired, and top with the last half of Jello. Chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours until set.
  5. Once set, garnish with whipped cream, fresh berries, and chocolate chips before serving.
