  • 1/2 lb bow tie pasta
  • 1 lb mild pork sausage
  • 2 (26 oz) jars spaghetti sauce
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 lb cooked ham, cubed
  • Sliced pepperoni (to taste)
  • 3 (8 oz) bags shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and rinse.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage with diced onion, garlic, and oregano; drain excess grease.
  4. In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer ingredients starting with spaghetti sauce followed by pasta, sausage mixture, cheese, and ham. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  5. Top with sliced pepperoni and bake uncovered for about 40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
