  • 3/4 cup milk (1% or preferred type)
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Paprika

Instructions
