Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
- 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
- 1–2 cups Panko bread crumbs
- 1 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 cup vegan mayo
- Optional: sriracha for heat
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C) or air fryer to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour with spices; create a well and add non-dairy milk. Whisk until smooth.
- Coat each cauliflower floret in the batter then roll in Panko breadcrumbs.
- Arrange on the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes; flip and bake another 15 minutes until golden brown. For air frying, cook for 15-25 minutes.
- While cooking, mix Thai sweet chili sauce with vegan mayo and sriracha in a bowl.
- Toss cooked cauliflower wings in the sauce and serve immediately.
