  • 330 g powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F) and line a 12-cup cupcake pan with liners.
  2. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a stand mixer, beat butter and sugar on medium-high until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Gradually mix in half the dry ingredients, followed by sour cream, oil, vanilla extract, and remaining dry ingredients.
