- 12 oz spaghetti (cooked al dente)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the diced onion until soft, about 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add ground beef to the skillet; cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and softened cream cheese; cook until cream cheese melts into the mixture.
- Remove from heat; toss cooked spaghetti with meat mixture and shredded cheese until well combined.
- Serve immediately, garnished with cilantro if desired.
