  • 16 ounces Catalina dressing
  • 9 ounces Nacho Cheese Doritos (crushed)
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 cups shredded Fiesta blend cheese
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 small onion (diced)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta in boiling water until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, drain excess grease, and mix in taco seasoning with water.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, seasoned beef, black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, and cheese.
