  • 36 Golden Oreo cookies
  • ½ cup unsalted melted butter
  • 6 oz. sweetened berry blue gelatin
  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ¾ cups whipped cream
  • 6 oz. Strawberry Jello
  • 4 cups sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing the Golden Oreos and mixing with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a baking dish.
  2. For the blue layer, dissolve berry blue gelatin in boiling water and mix with cold Greek yogurt and blueberries before pouring over the crust.
  3. Create the cream cheese layer by beating softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla, then folding in whipped cream before spreading over the blue layer.
  4. Prepare the red layer by dissolving Strawberry Jello in boiling water and cooling before adding over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Once set, top with sliced strawberries and whipped cream for decoration.
