  • 2 cups Boiling water
  • 2 cups Crushed pretzels
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 8 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 8 oz Whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 lb Strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, dissolve Strawberry Jello in boiling water; set aside to cool.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan; stir in sugar and crushed pretzels. Press mixture into a greased 9 x 13 pan and bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
  4. Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth; fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled pretzel crust.
  5. Mix sliced strawberries into cooled jello; pour over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
  7. Slice and serve chilled.
