  • 1/2 lb steak, thinly sliced
  • 810 shrimp, deveined
  • 1.5 cups assorted chopped vegetables
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch (for marinade)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak with Shaoxing wine, cornstarch, and soy sauce for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Whisk together sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Sear marinated steak slices in a hot skillet until browned; set aside.
  4. Sauté chopped vegetables until tender in the same pan.
  5. Add shrimp and cook until pink; combine all ingredients with prepared noodles and sauce.
  6. Toss until evenly coated and serve hot garnished with green onions.
