  • 1215 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Italian seasoning
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, half mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, spinach, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  4. Stuff each shell with the cheese mixture and place them in a baking dish lined with marinara sauce.
  5. Top with remaining marinara and mozzarella. Drizzle with olive oil and cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes covered; then remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
