Ingredients
- 12–15 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- Olive oil
- Italian seasoning
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, half mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, spinach, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
