- 12 full-size graham crackers
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup bittersweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
