- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for searing, optional)

- 1/4 tsp black pepper (for potatoes)

- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by cutting the beef into cubes and halving the potatoes.
- In a bowl, season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

- Place the beef in the slow cooker and add the potatoes on top.
