  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages refrigerated crescent rolls

Instructions

  2. On a sheet of wax paper sprayed with cooking spray, unroll one package of crescent rolls and pinch perforations to seal.
  3. Spread half the cream cheese over the dough, leaving a border. Top with half the sausage and half the cheddar.
  4. Roll tightly into a log using the wax paper and wrap in plastic wrap. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  5. Chill logs for at least 1 hour before slicing into 1/2-inch pinwheels.
