Instructions

  1. Prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag and refrigerate.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, beat softened butter with both sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients until combined.
