  • 2 heads cauliflower
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 500ºF (260ºC).
  2. Remove the outer leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stems slightly. Cut each head in half lengthwise, then slice into 1 ½-inch thick steaks.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over both sides of each steak, then evenly sprinkle the seasoning mixture.
  5. Place the steaks on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil and bake for 5 minutes. Remove foil and roast for another 10 minutes.
  6. Flip the steaks over and continue roasting until golden brown (about another 6-8 minutes).
