- 2 heads cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 500ºF (260ºC).
- Remove the outer leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stems slightly. Cut each head in half lengthwise, then slice into 1 ½-inch thick steaks.
- In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Drizzle olive oil over both sides of each steak, then evenly sprinkle the seasoning mixture.
