  • 12 oz Golden or Lemon Oreos
  • 2 oz butter
  • 6 oz fresh raspberries
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • Zest and juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease an 8 or 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter, pressing into the bottom of the pan for the crust.
  3. Blend raspberries and sugar until smooth; strain to remove seeds.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth, then mix in heavy cream, sour cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, and eggs until combined.
