  4. Roll the dough into a log from the jam-covered end and seal by pressing the unjammed edge.
  5. Refrigerate the log for another 15 minutes before preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Slice the log into 1/4-inch thick cookies and place them on parchment-lined baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 17-20 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Cool completely and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
