- 1/4 cup fresh basil, sliced
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Instructions
- Cook the orzo in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked orzo with cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumber, red onion (if using), feta cheese, and fresh basil.
