- 16 oz rotini pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 6 oz chopped pepperoni (plus 20 slices for topping)
- 1 green bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 36 oz marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

- Cook rotini in boiling salted water until al dente; drain.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt until no longer pink.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, beef mixture, chopped pepperoni, diced bell pepper, onion, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
