  • 2 ½ cups diced apples
  • 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 Tablespoon water
  • 12 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup caramel topping

Instructions

  1. Cook diced apples with butter, water, brown sugar, and cinnamon over medium heat until softened (5-6 minutes). Let cool.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs with sugar and melted butter. Press into the bottom of four mason jars.
  3. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form; blend cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream.
  4. Layer cream cheese mixture over crust in jars, followed by cooled apples and drizzle with caramel sauce.
