Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups diced apples
- 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 Tablespoon water
- 1–2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup caramel topping
Instructions
- Cook diced apples with butter, water, brown sugar, and cinnamon over medium heat until softened (5-6 minutes). Let cool.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs with sugar and melted butter. Press into the bottom of four mason jars.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form; blend cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream.
- Layer cream cheese mixture over crust in jars, followed by cooled apples and drizzle with caramel sauce.
