Ingredients
- 250g Dark chocolate
- 200g Milk chocolate
- 200g Butter or baking spread
- 150g Golden syrup
- 100g Malted milk or digestive biscuits (broken)
- 75g Mini marshmallows (gelatine-free for vegetarians)
- 200g Maltesers
Instructions
- Line an 8" square tin with baking paper and grease lightly.
- In a saucepan, melt together butter, golden syrup, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate over low heat. Once melted, allow to cool for 10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine broken biscuits, marshmallows, and Maltesers.
- Pour two-thirds of the cooled chocolate mixture over the fillings and stir until fully coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the lined tin and smooth down with a spatula. Pour remaining chocolate on top to fill gaps.
- Add more Maltesers on top for decoration.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours or overnight until set.
- Slice into squares and serve.
