  • 3 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
  • Zest of 3 lemons
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions
