  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 1 cup heavy cream (for filling)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Crush Nilla Wafers in a food processor and mix with melted butter and sugar. Press into a 9-inch pie pan and bake for 6-8 minutes until golden. Cool and refrigerate.
  2. Beat heavy cream until thick, add powdered sugar, and beat until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, mix cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and zest until smooth. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  3. Pour filling into cooled crust and chill for at least one hour.
  4. For topping, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar to stiff peaks and spread over the pie before serving.
