Ingredients
- 12 whole graham crackers
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter (melted)
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding
- 1½ cups half and half
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounces Cool Whip (thawed)
- 1 can (21 oz) blueberry pie filling
- 8 ounces Cool Whip (thawed)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by crushing graham crackers and mixing with sugar and melted butter. Press into a 9×13 baking pan and freeze for 20 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together lemon pudding and half and half until thickened. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then combine with the lemon pudding mixture.
- Fold in one tub of Cool Whip and spread over the chilled crust.
