Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1½ – 2 cups breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix pepper jack cheese, cream cheese, jalapeños, and green onions until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls (about one inch in diameter) and place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the formed balls in the refrigerator while preparing the dredging station.
- Set up three shallow containers: one with flour, another with whisked egg and buttermilk, and the third with breadcrumbs mixed with seasonings.
