  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  2. Form the mixture into small balls (about one inch in diameter) and place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  3. Chill the formed balls in the refrigerator while preparing the dredging station.
  4. Set up three shallow containers: one with flour, another with whisked egg and buttermilk, and the third with breadcrumbs mixed with seasonings.
