- 2–3 tablespoons sriracha
- 2 medium zucchini
- 1 medium avocado
- 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat avocado oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts for about 5 minutes on each side until browned.
