- 110 g honey (1/3 cup)
- 80 ml chicken stock (1/3 cup)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce

- In a small bowl, combine honey, chicken stock, rice vinegar, and soy sauce; mix well.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet with the chicken; bring to a boil then reduce to simmer for about 4-5 minutes until thickened.
