  • 1/2 cup protein powder (Vanilla Salted Caramel recommended)
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 keto graham crackers
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • Fresh fruits and blueberry jam for topping

Instructions
