Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped chives
  • 1/2 tbsp finely chopped tarragon
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped basil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fish-friendly seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened butter, dijon mustard, chives, tarragon, and basil until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat the grill to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Place salmon on grill paper; season generously.
  4. Grill salmon for about 10 minutes without flipping.
  5. Add mustard-herb butter on top of salmon; grill for another 10 minutes.
  6. Check for doneness (internal temp should reach 130°F or 54°C) before serving.
