Instructions
- In a bowl, mix softened butter, dijon mustard, chives, tarragon, and basil until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat the grill to 375°F (190°C).
- Place salmon on grill paper; season generously.
- Grill salmon for about 10 minutes without flipping.
- Add mustard-herb butter on top of salmon; grill for another 10 minutes.
- Check for doneness (internal temp should reach 130°F or 54°C) before serving.
