  • 1/2 teaspoon each: onion powder, oregano, basil, parsley
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Tenderize the pork chops by pounding them to an even thickness.
  2. Season the chops with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
