  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb Yukon gold potatoes, cubed
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 ¼ lb sirloin steak, cubed
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and 2 tablespoons of ghee.
