  • 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 2 large apples, chopped
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • sprinkle of lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon; stir in melted butter. Press into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes until golden.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and flour. Mix in sour cream, vanilla, and cinnamon before adding eggs one at a time. Pour over the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine chopped apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice; spoon over the cheesecake layer.
  4. Bake for about 50 minutes or until set; let cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours.
  5. Serve chilled with whipped cream and extra caramel sauce.
