- 2 large apples, chopped
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- sprinkle of lemon juice
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon; stir in melted butter. Press into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes until golden.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and flour. Mix in sour cream, vanilla, and cinnamon before adding eggs one at a time. Pour over the crust.
- In a separate bowl, combine chopped apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice; spoon over the cheesecake layer.
