Ingredients
- 1½ cups quick oats
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup Easter M&M's
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, melted butter, and chopped pecans until crumbly.
- Reserve 1½ cups of the mixture for topping. Press the remaining mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even crust.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter. Stir until smooth and melted.
- Pour the fudge filling over the crust in the baking pan.
- Sprinkle the reserved crumble mixture over the fudge layer and top with M&M's.
- Bake for 20-23 minutes until edges are slightly golden. Allow cooling before cutting into bars.
