  • 1½ cups quick oats
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Easter M&M's

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, melted butter, and chopped pecans until crumbly.
  3. Reserve 1½ cups of the mixture for topping. Press the remaining mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even crust.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter. Stir until smooth and melted.
  5. Pour the fudge filling over the crust in the baking pan.
  6. Sprinkle the reserved crumble mixture over the fudge layer and top with M&M's.
  7. Bake for 20-23 minutes until edges are slightly golden. Allow cooling before cutting into bars.
