  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 oz Cool Whip
  • 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding (3.3 oz each)
  • 3 cups milk
  • Assorted Easter candy (Peeps, Robin eggs, sprinkles)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oreo crust by crushing ⅔ of the Oreo package into fine crumbs and layering in a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and Cool Whip until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk and instant vanilla pudding mixes. Fold this mixture into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  4. Pour the pudding filling over the Oreo crust evenly and sprinkle with remaining crushed Oreos on top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least three hours to set before serving.
  6. Just before serving, decorate with assorted Easter candies for an eye-catching finish.
