- 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
Instructions
- Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Chop the Roma tomatoes, slice the English cucumber, and slice the red onion. Dice the avocados.
- In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumber, sliced red onion, diced avocado, and chopped cilantro.
- Drizzle olive oil and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salad. Toss gently to mix without mashing the avocados.
- Just before serving, sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper, then toss again lightly.
