  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 large potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Paprika, to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice the potatoes and cube the sirloin steak. Finely dice the onion.
  2. Layer half of the diced potatoes in a crockpot, followed by half of the steak and half of the onions.
  3. Season each layer with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Repeat layering with remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour beef broth over all layers and drizzle Worcestershire sauce on top.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until tender.
  7. About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle cheese on top and cover until melted.
