Ingredients
- 2 lbs Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

Instructions
