  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 4 oz sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Asiago cheese
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Adobo (red top)
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Season sliced chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, Adobo seasoning, and paprika.
  2. In a large skillet over low-medium heat, sauté minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil for about 3 minutes. Remove the tomatoes and set aside.
  3. Add seasoned chicken to the skillet; cook for 2 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
  4. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
  5. To the same skillet, add heavy cream, whole milk, basil, red pepper flakes, and beef broth. Stir in mozzarella and Asiago cheese; bring to a light boil.
  6. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce and mix in chicken and sun-dried tomatoes. Serve hot.
