Description

Creamy Marry Me Shrimp Pasta is a delightful dish that combines succulent shrimp with a rich, creamy sauce infused with garlic and fresh herbs. This indulgent yet comforting meal is perfect for romantic dinners or cozy family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces fettuccine or spaghetti
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pasta by boiling salted water in a large pot. Cook the fettuccine or spaghetti until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp seasoned with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes; cook until pink (about 3-4 minutes). Remove shrimp from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, combine chicken broth and heavy cream; bring to a simmer. Whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  4. Toss cooked pasta into the sauce, then return sautéed shrimp to the skillet and mix well.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
