Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 ½ cups brown sugar
- 1 cup cold butter
- 1 ½ cups oats
- 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
