  • 6 strips of bacon
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 4 small tomatoes, diced
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 10 oz penne pasta
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic (fresh and powder)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté seasoned chicken until cooked through and golden brown (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
  3. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté until fragrant. Stir in diced tomatoes, spinach, paprika, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, and salt until spinach wilts.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Return chopped bacon and sliced chicken to the skillet.
  5. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions; drain when al dente.
  6. Toss cooked pasta with the creamy sauce mixture gently to coat.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
