- 1 can green beans, drained
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 can diced tomatoes with juices
- 1 can black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- Beef broth

Instructions
- In a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Add onion and celery; sauté until soft. Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add ground beef; cook until browned.
- Mix in potatoes, carrots, green beans, tomato paste, diced tomatoes (with juices), black-eyed peas, corn, seasonings, and broth.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for 14–16 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Serve hot with desired toppings.
