Instructions
- Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions in salted water. Once cooked, drain and rinse under cool water until fully cooled.
- In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder; mix until smooth.
- Add diced vegetables to the dressing and stir until well-coated.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta with half of the dressing mixture; toss gently.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Before serving, add remaining dressing and adjust seasoning as needed.
