Instructions

  3. Mix in beaten eggs and mashed bananas until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined; do not overmix.
  6. Fold in vanilla extract and optional chocolate chips or nuts coated in flour.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55–65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
