Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar (divided)
  • 2 Tbsp ground cinnamon (divided)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar and 2 Tbsp cinnamon; set aside.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth; add remaining sugar, egg, and vanilla until creamy.
  4. Spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with non-stick spray and sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on the bottom.
  5. Unroll one can of dough into a flat sheet; press seams together and place it in the pan over the cinnamon-sugar.
  6. Spread the cream cheese filling evenly atop the dough.
  7. Repeat with the second can of dough, placing it over the filling, then top with remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture.
