- 2 Tbsp ground cinnamon (divided)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar and 2 Tbsp cinnamon; set aside.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth; add remaining sugar, egg, and vanilla until creamy.
- Spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with non-stick spray and sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on the bottom.
- Unroll one can of dough into a flat sheet; press seams together and place it in the pan over the cinnamon-sugar.
- Spread the cream cheese filling evenly atop the dough.
- Repeat with the second can of dough, placing it over the filling, then top with remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before cutting into bars.
