Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • Asian dressing
  • Wonton strips and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with half of the Asian dressing. Toss to coat and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Add romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, green onions, and cilantro to the bowl with the chicken. Toss until well mixed.
  3. Drizzle remaining dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine evenly.
  4. Garnish with crushed red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, slivered almonds, and crispy wonton strips before serving.
