  • ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 red onion, sliced into half-moons
  • ½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • ½ yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • ½ green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • ¼ teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions; reserve some pasta water before draining.
  2. Dredge chicken in seasoned flour and sear in olive oil until golden brown. Remove and keep warm.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers before adding garlic. Pour in white wine and reduce slightly.
  4. Stir in reserved pasta water and cream, then mix in Parmesan cheese until melted.
