  • 4 pounds russet potatoes, sliced

  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cheddar soup
  • 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
  • ½ cup milk
  • Garlic powder, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with diced onion until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the baking dish, season with salt and pepper, top with half of the beef mixture and cheese. Repeat layers.
