  • 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté the ribeye steak until browned (3-4 minutes) then remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers until softened (5-6 minutes), add garlic and seasonings.
  4. Pour in beef broth; simmer briefly before stirring in heavy cream and cheese until melted.
  5. Return steak to the skillet; mix with the creamy sauce and add cooked tortellini. Toss gently until well combined.
  6. Serve hot and garnish with chopped parsley.
